so I was at my friends Matt and Jakes apt. for easter and we were talking adout owr biil, just to find out mine is more..bull!! I called the water company and mine is more cuz I have two people but so do they, im guessing olny one of them is on their lease. If I knew that one person would save me money, I would have done that!!
